"Under Proposition 56, effective April 1, 2017, any item containing nicotine or tobacco is considered a “tobacco product” for purposes of taxation under the Cigarette and Tobacco Products Tax Law. Most people prefer the effect of adding 3% Botanika to an existing eliquid formula then adjusting the concentration up or down to control the effect. Botanika delivers two gentle stimulants plus an herb for mood and an herb for appetite control and detox. Higher concentrations of Botanika can create a strong but natural stimulant effect.
